We are excited to share ways Alpha Xi Delta alumnae Sisters can stay informed and involved with our re-establishment at Western Carolina. Please take a few minutes to read through this website to learn more. If you have any questions, please contact us here.  

To make sure you are receiving information from the Fraternity, take a minute to update your contact information and contact preferences in Alpha Xi Delta’s Member Portal. If you haven’t logged into the Member Portal yet, click on Claim Your Account and follow the instructions. 

Alpha Xi Delta Alumnae Ambassador Program 

An ambassador promotes information about the Fraternity and the WCU re-establishment to other Sisters and the community in which they live. As an ambassador, the goal is to spread the word about what’s happening in Alpha Xi Delta and the excitement of the WCU re-establishment.   

One of the great things about being an ambassador is that you can make it work for you and your schedule. Here are a few ideas on how you can promote Alpha Xi Delta: 

  • Wear your Alpha Xi Delta gear to community events, Friday night high school football games, running errands, etc. You can also advertise Alpha Xi Delta while driving by putting a car magnet or decal on your vehicle.  Here’s a link to Xi Boutique, where you can buy Alpha Xi Delta merchandise. You can also purchase merchandise from Alpha Xi Delta licensed vendors here and on Amazon.
  • Connect or reconnect with five Sisters (regardless of where they live!) and talk to them about Alpha Xi Delta alumnae opportunities and the WCU re-establishment. You can search for Sisters on Alpha Xi Delta’s Member Portal. 
  • Make a difference in your community through Alpha Xi Delta’s Kindly Hearts Initiative. Get together with a group of Sisters, friends and family for a service project supporting children experiencing foster care and homelessness.  
  • Share Alpha Xi Delta information to other groups and organizations in your community (i.e. professional organizations, mom groups, church groups, PTA, etc.). 
  • Follow our social media channels for Alpha Xi Delta and the WCU re-establishment and share posts and stories to your own social media for others to see. 

These ideas are just the beginning of ways you can be an amaXIng ambassador for Alpha Xi Delta. If you have a great idea, please let us know!  

WCU Re-establishment Details for Fall 2026

Alpha Xi Delta will participate in the first round of formal recruitment during fall 2026 at WCU. We will provide information to Potential New Members on our chapter establishment process and about Alpha Xi Delta. Then, our recruitment process will take place immediately following Panhellenic formal recruitment. When establishing a new chapter on campus, it is best practice for the establishing chapter to hold their recruitment events immediately following Panhellenic formal recruitment.  

Educational Leadership Consultants will be stationed on campus to host information sessions, table on campus, and meet one-on-one with Potential New Members.  

Save the date for Bid Day!

Bid Day will take place in fall 2026 and Alpha Xi Delta alumnae will be invited to attend! An email invitation with more information will be sent out as we get closer to Bid Day, so please ensure you have updated your contact information and preferences in Alpha Xi Delta’s Member Portal.
